The second floor consists of two bed rooms, one western style with two single beds and one Japanese tatami bed room with two futons. We will provide extra futons if needed.

Important notices:
A 10% consumption tax is not included in the accommodation fee. Additionally, there is a Kyoto Accommodation Tax fee of 200 JPY per night per person, which will be added to the final pricing.
Daily cleaning is not included. If required, please indicate by checking the box during the reservation process. An additional one-time cleaning fee of 10,000 JPY will be applied per cleaning.

In the event that additional individuals stay overnight without paying the supplementary guest fee, a penalty of 50,000 JPY will be assessed.
